For those of you who do not know there is a movie being made telling the story of Focal Point. Click on the two pictures of the band and be taken to a trailer of the film and also the IDMB page telling you the latest news. Filming will be in northern Ireland and scheduled to begin this coming summer. We have also had the pleasure of being featured in a movie called “Head Heart and Balls” featuring music from the band so watch out for it. We have however had some unexpected bad news. Tim Wells, who has been with the band since 1967 has declared that he does not want to do any more live gigs, and we respect his wishes. We hope to be working with him again soon in the studio.

You may have noticed that Neil McDonald is now back with the band, and will be playing with us for the forseeable future, it’s good to have him back amongst friends. More gigs are forthcoming and we will post details on this website, so be sure to come back and visit soon.
